How to request deletion
Send an email to personaguideai@gmail.com with the subject line Delete My PaidFlow AI Account.
What information to include
- Your registered email address
- An optional reason for deletion
- Any account details that help us identify the correct account
Expected response time
Deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days after we can verify the account owner and identify the account.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained when required by applicable laws, fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute handling, or financial record keeping.
Subscription cancellation
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If applicable, subscription cancellation must be handled through Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
After deletion, you will permanently lose access to collection history, reminders, statistics, and subscription-related account information stored in PaidFlow AI.
