User responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate account and collection information, protecting login credentials, verifying recipient information, reviewing AI-generated content, and ensuring that payment reminders are lawful, professional, and appropriate.
AI disclaimer
PaidFlow AI may generate reminder drafts or related communication content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or inappropriate for a specific client situation. You must review and approve all content before sending it.
Payment collection disclaimer
PaidFlow AI helps users create, manage, send, and track payment reminder communications. It does not guarantee client response, payment recovery, dispute resolution, or any specific business outcome.
No legal, financial, or accounting advice
PaidFlow AI is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisor, financial advisor, payment processor, bank, escrow service, debt collection agency, or financial institution.
Subscription renewal and cancellation
PaidFlow AI subscriptions may be processed through Google Play, Apple App Store, or another authorized provider. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the relevant platform. Uninstalling the app may not cancel a subscription.
Service availability
We may update, modify, limit, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of PaidFlow AI. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability of every feature.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaidFlow AI and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for lost revenue, failed collections, client disputes, incorrect AI output, email tracking inaccuracies, subscription platform issues, third-party service failures, or indirect damages.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create legal or security risks, cannot verify subscription status, or if required by law or platform rules.
Governing law
Unless required otherwise by applicable consumer protection law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles.
